Partner with CEO to define, prioritize and realize product roadmap Design and develop our MVP product which will be a multi-chain, fully integrated NFT platform that streamlines how NFTs are created and purchased Rapidly iterate and test first version of the prototype and MVP product by collecting client feedback Make architecture decisions to ensure a strong, stable, and scalable product As needed, coordinate with outsourced development agency and other contractors to ensure project deliverables are satisfactory, timely and on budget As additional funding is raised, work with engineering team to increase their expertise and understanding of best development practices Participate in investment calls and fundraising pitches
Practical experience in software architecture and personally building digital products from early-stage through scaling and maturity Strong product management and communication skills Experience working in an early-stage tech start-up A strong product sense and can build engaging tech for customers Ability to conduct technological analyses and research A product visionary and long-term thinker with a customer-centric focus to enable transformative products that solve massive problems for our customers Applying the latest cryptology techniques to protect digital transaction data against cyberattacks and information hacks Optimizing and securing blockchain applications by integrating new tools and technologies Educating sales personnel on blockchain features that allow secure digital payments Documenting blockchain development processes and complying with best practices in data protection Keeping up with current blockchain technologies and cryptography methods
Bachelor's degree in information security, computer science, or related At least 3 years of experience as a full-stack developer Advanced proficiency in programming languages, such as C++, Java, and Python Extensive experience in back-end development, algorithms, and data structures Knowledge of cryptography and blockchain protocols Knowledge of best practices in blockchain management and data protection Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills Superb organizational skills and keen attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
